JOB TITLE: HUMAN RESOURCES TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR
To coordinate and administer all company training and development programs, ensuring a seamless and effective learning experience for employees. This role is responsible for the logistics of training events, facilitating onboarding, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the preparation of statutory skills development reports.
• Minimum Education:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/ Industrial and Organisational Psychology or equivalent.
2 years of experience in an HR or training support role, with a focus on administrative and coordination duties.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), experience with an HRIS, and foundational knowledge of skills development legislation (WSP/ATR).
